OUR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
As Akçadağ İnşaat Enerji Madencilik A.Ş., our foremost and fundamental principle is to ensure a healthy and safe environment for employees by taking all necessary safety measures at the workplace.
Our proactive approach involves adopting health and safety policies, monitoring implementation to ensure continuity, and this is one of our most important goals.
Our OHS principles and process management include:
· Applying OHS-Environmental policies and procedures compliant with Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety, related regulations, Labor Law No. 4857, Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, environmental legislation, and international environmental standards across all projects (Mining, Construction, RES, Telecommunications). · Taking necessary occupational health and safety measures to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases in projects and ensuring their implementation. · Inspecting compliance with measures, prioritizing collective protective measures over personal protective equipment (PPE). · Providing PPE usage to all employees if risks cannot be prevented or sufficiently reduced. · Conducting risk assessments, preparing emergency plans for accidents, fires, natural disasters, ensuring periodic health examinations, providing training, conducting workplace measurements, and enforcing OHS rules for employees and subcontractors.
